How to Request Account Deletion
- Open the Productive AI Coach app and log in to your account.
- Go to your profile settings.
- Select "Delete Account" and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Confirm your identity if prompted (e.g., by code or email verification).
- Once confirmed, your account and all personal data will be immediately removed from our systems. Data backups and residual records will be purged within 30 days of your deletion request.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been deleted.
What Data Is Deleted and What Is Retained
Data Deleted Immediately:- Personal identification information (name, email, etc.).
- Activity logs and app usage data.
- Health, fitness, and device-related entries (such as Garmin integration data, if enabled).
- All session/chat transcripts and personalized settings.
Data Retained Temporarily:- Backed-up records deleted within 30 days.
- Data retained for legal compliance only, and not used for any other purpose.
Data Not Deleted:- Anonymous analytics (does not identify you personally) remain for service improvement.
Can I Delete Only Some Data Without Deleting My Account?
Yes. You have the option to remove specific types of data (such as workout logs, chat history, or un-sync your Garmin account) via the "Data Management" section in profile settings without deleting your entire account.
Data Retention Period
- All personal account data is kept only as long as necessary for the app’s functionality or until deletion is requested.
- Upon deletion, accounts and all personal data are purged within 30 days.
